Design Build Handy was founded by a Bakersfield local who got tired of watching neighbors pay hourly rates for handymen who showed up late and left a mess. The idea was simple: give every homeowner one flat price up front, do the work the same day, and guarantee it — or make it right.
We live here. We drive Highway 99 and Rosedale Highway every day, and we know the homes in Kern County — from the older builds near the Kern River to the new construction out by Stockdale Highway. That local knowledge means faster diagnoses and honest repairs.
